Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, access to a particular song, recording rights, or a commercial release.
Non-exclusive opportunity
Eligible songs may be made available to multiple artists. Applying does not grant ownership or recording rights in any composition.
Written participation terms control
Any approved recording arrangement is governed by the applicable written artist agreement, including permissions, credits, revenue participation, ownership and release terms. Review those terms before participating.
Third-party services
Application links open a separate HUSH portal, which may have its own notices and terms.
